Park II EDITORIAL NOTE Rupert Murdoch's acquisition of The New York Post, followed by New York magazine, New West and The Village Voice, set us thinking about some amusing—if irreverent—possibilities in the publications take-over field. As a result, Joe Cook (perhaps better known for his job as a news-writer for Harry Reasoner) has compiled The New Editors, with Richard Nixon editing Women's Wear Daily; Billy Carter doing his thing with Cosmopolitan; Mel Brooks at the helm of Vogue, and Don Rickles masterminding Time. Read it on pages 22-26. Tony Curtis has some pertinent things to say to Edward Stevens in this month's hard hitting, totally frank interview, particularly about some of the people he met on the way to the top, and their less than charming personalities. Men Behind Bars is a frightening investigation by Nicholas St. Day into the sexual problems facing men in prison. Rape is about the nicest thing that happens. The Servant Problem, by Teddy Foulger, is a highly erotic piece of fiction located in Bangkok during what started out as a 48 hour stop-over and which develops into an experience that will blow your mind ... in more ways than one. Those kind of servant problems we'd like. Information Please is the first of an occasional series in which we ask a cross-section of people—some well known, some not—about their most secret fantasies. Their answers will amaze you. If you've ever wanted to know about what makes a girl become a hooker—not only her motivations but what she really feels while, she's working—then read Tricks and Treats, by Georgia Wainwright. And if you're interested in knowing about girls who sleep with guys who sleep with guys for money, Hustler Groupies, by J. Jones, fills you in on the facts. Then there's this month's Sexualis, which you might loosely describe as being about how to turn a closed shop into an open house, there's your very own Communication, and, of course, more than enough superb. sensuous sirens to orchestrate anyone's September Song.
