It calls for a maximum penalty of up to 25 years imprisonment for the pimps, with between 4 and 7 years of imprisonment for customers, depending on the girls' ages. Before that the maximum penalty was a $250 fine and 15 days. Child prostitution is a problem in America. Richard O'Neal reveals the frightening facts.
