Lingerie. Traditionally a word used by women, it is increasingly a word being used by men. The Maidenform company has recognized the romance of lingerie and is featuring male movie stars in its national advertising. Omar Sharif appears in one advertisement and is quoted: "Lingerie says a lot about a woman. I listen as often as possible. . . ." And there's Michael York in another: "Lingerie reveals more of a woman than just skin. . . ." Maidenform has discovered something we've always known: Lingerie arouses a man's interest as much as a woman's.
