EDITORIAL NOTE SWANK TALK August. Hot days. Sultry nights. Despite the heat, we're sure you'll run to the counterman to pay for this issue of SWANK as soon as you learn what's in store this month! First, back by popular demand—reader favorite Julie Parton! This raven-haired, bosomy beauty is fast becoming SWANK's woman of the decade. Because we've taken Julie out of her air-conditioned home to be our centerfold, she's had to find another way to beat the heat—shaving! So cool! So refreshing! What's that you say? You're not getting any cooler? You're actually getting hotter under the collar? Well, we won't tell Julie—we know you wouldn't want to hurt her feelings. Your temperature isn't going to get any lower when you see The Seduction of Linda. We'd certainly like to be in the shoes—make that out of the shoes—of the gentleman who takes this busty blonde in his arms and has his way with her. What's that noise?
